...great things will start to happen.

It's been way too long since I've been doing any comics. I've been kinda sidetracked by all this wannabe concept artist stuff. Not that I dont love painting but I really need to get pack to drawing comics because that's my true passion.

The thing is that I decided to enter for aditional matriculation examinations in history and german. That meant that it really wasn't an option for me to start any big time consuming projects like a doind a comic before the exams were over. At the end of sebtember they will be officialy over and I wont lay my hands on a school book ever again!

So I'm officially going to start working on making that Pirate story[link] [link] I've mentioned couple of times in to a comic.

There are lots to be done. I have to polish the script, design a whole lot of cool steampunk and piraty-stuff and come up with a shitload of cool character designs. So expect to see some of those.

There is only a smal hich. In january 2009 I have to go to the army (with any luck) for six moths or possibly (with not so much luck) for nine months or (with fucking horrible luck)for twelwe months. This is proplematic because I don't think that tree months would be enough time to make my comic even If I had the script ready and shitload of cool steampunk/piraty-stuff designed.

But have no fear because I have a plan. I'll do all that pre- production-shit before I go to the army and when it's over I can start working on the comic. One option would be to make the comics in parts but I'm not fond of the idea since it would mean at least six months of break in drawing and that's enough to destroy any comicbook project.

So the army kinda fuckd-up my plans about making my pirate comic. But I gues it's not that bad to have plenty of time to polish the script and desing shitload of cool stuff.

On other comic related news: that Cristmas comic [link] I was going to do awhile back is ofcially canceled. The reason is that my "writer" will be spending the next year in the army so it's just not going anywhere. I'm deeply sorry to both of the people who were mildly interested about it.
