I love it!! Especially the lines on the face, because those are just right, which is crucial (especially with women, because you need to do thinner lines to give a softer aspect, as opposed to men)

Maybe in some areas you may want to do the lines going in one direction only, to give more volume and a greater contrast with the rest (kinda like how you did it with the face, btw). I was thinking of the flowers on her hat, but tbh, I can't see many more areas where you could have done that :)
Ah, yes, the top of her back, the white lines I assume you added after kind of cut the movement. (but not at the bottom of her dress)

Great job! :D

Thanks. I'm constantly strugling with croshatching. It's so difficult to know when to stop adding new lines. I have to try what you suggested.

I feel you… What you can do when you mess up, which happens, is to use a white gell pen to do some lines over it to soften them.
For example, this drawing I did was too dark in some areas (especially the face) so I did that: audreve.deviantart.com/art/My-…

Looks superawesome! I'm no professionally educated artist, but I've noticed that hatching with white lines over the black, that digital allows us, confuses me, so I prefer myself linework based on black ob white only. But you seem to deal with it quite well, catching the light.

I prefer only black linework also, but I figured to give it a try. over all I prefer traditional inking over digital because traditional is much more accurate. The thing is that i'm kinda lazy and draggin my lighttable and nibs out just for a quick study feels like too much work sometimes.
